Deleting Your Entire Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

• Fastest: open Profile in the app and choose "Delete account". Deletion is carried out immediately. If you have an order in progress, wait for it to complete first.
• Alternatively, send an email to +381 21 215 5020 (phone) with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address your account is registered with.
• We will reply with a confirmation and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
• After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in, and your data is permanently removed.

What Is Deleted and What Is Retained

• Deleted: your account (name, email, phone number), saved delivery addresses, saved card tokens, push notification device tokens, and the order history linked to your account.
• Retained: records of issued invoices and transactions that we are required to keep under the accounting and tax regulations of the Republic of Serbia, stored for the legally mandated period, separately from the deleted account.
• Also retained: an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of the email address, used solely to prevent promotion abuse (e.g. re-claiming the first-order discount). Neither your email address nor any other data can be reconstructed from it.

Deleting Individual Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

You do not need to delete your entire account to remove individual data:

• Saved addresses can be deleted by you directly in the app: Profile → Addresses.
• To delete your phone number, a saved card, or other individual data, send a request to +381 21 215 5020 (phone). We fulfil it within 30 days.
• Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings; the device token is also deleted when you sign out.
